MEDS Pure starts from the position that the human mind possesses unlimited potential. Furthermore the individuals mind is directly connected to, and is a part of the greater Universal mind, what Carl Jung called the Collective Unconscious. However, the great majority of us use only a small fraction of that mind power, which could so easily be available to you.
MEDS Pure encourages people to look at and explore the concept of the mind, their own mind enabling them to take control of what is rightly theirs. MEDS Pure teaches a number of simple, practical, straight forward, mental exercises which allows you to access deeper levels of mind. We explore using different brain frequencies, alpha, beta, theta and delta, which is the interface to different and deeper levels of mind. Similarly we use not just your logical left brain, but will bring in your intuitive right brain hemisphere to use. Learning to relax, on a regular basis, offers enormous benefits. Learning to relax your body and relax your mind opens the door to access the spiritual dimension within you. From this state of calm and knowledge your hopes can become reality. ReikiProgressive invites you to join a unique and traditional style of Reiki as taught by Usui Mikao. He taught his students to work intuitively and so do we.
Our aim is consistent very high standards of practice and teaching of Reiki. We have small classes so that we can give you personal guidance, tuition and training; support is ongoing. With Ann Mackrory's experience and background of healing and teaching for well over 25 years our Reiki courses are very special. There is no quick or fast track to becoming an outstanding Reiki healer and teacher. That is why good teachers generally leave 6 months between First and Second Degree and up to 12 months before taking Students through the Master Levels.

Reiki First Degree (Shoden)
First Degree Reiki is an inspirational, empowering and transformational day which will provide you with the necessary skills and Attunements at a very high level which enable you to channel Reiki energy for yourself, your family, friends and pets.
It is about connecting to the Energy, developing your sensitivity to the flow of energy, beginning your own healing and expanding your mindset to allow you to channel the energy effectively.
This traditional Japanese branch of Reiki is called Usui Reiki Ryoho which means: Usui Healing Method or Usui Spiritual Energy Healing Method.
The ONE day course and prior home study period, provides an excellent introduction to Reiki healing and is open to anyone age 16 or over who is interested in learning how to use this gentle healing method.
The course is centred around self healing and includes the history and philosophy of Reiki. Within Shoden you learn the essence of the system. How it works, its benefits and why we need to practice on ourselves. Self-healing practice and practicing your connection to the healing energies are the main focus of Shoden as well as understanding how to work intuitively and high vibrational connections. You receive detailed instruction and practice on how to do self healing and how to work on others.
We keep our groups small so that you can receive a lot of personal attention.
Shoden is the Japanese word for first teaching' as this is the first step one takes in the ongoing journey through the system of Reiki. After completing Shoden you will feel competent and confident about progressing your Reiki journey.
Usui Traditional Japanese Reiki is the nearest to the original Usui teachings and the intuitive way in which he worked. Frans Stiene of the International House of Reiki researched this and put his findings into a book The Japanese Art of Reiki.

Reiki Second Degree (Okuden)
Your Reiki journey continues with Second Degree Practitioner Level which enables you to practice Reiki professionally. We equip you with the traditional techniques needed to become a successful Practitioner.
After completing Shoden you will feel competent in progressing with your Reiki journey. Six months later at the discretion of your Master Teacher you should be ready to take the Second Degree. This will further your quest for balance and harmony, happiness and wellbeing and for those wishing to practice Reiki professionally, it will equip you with the traditional techniques for your continuing journey.
Okuden is a Japanese word meaning 'inner teachings'. As the word implies a deeper understanding and connection to Usui Mikao's teachings is achieved during this course.
This traditional Japanese branch of Reiki is called Usui Reiki Ryoho which means: Usui Healing Method or Usui Spiritual Energy Healing Method.
Suitable for: Those who have completed First Degree and who would like to develop a deeper understanding of the power of Reiki within their lives and to go on the Practice Reiki professionally.
The Second Degree beautifully presented manual includes an Additional Learning Section; a valuable informative and practical section on related energy work in the Additional Learning module. Impressive certificate is presented on completion of the course.

The Reiki Master Levels
For ReikiProgressive students wishing to take the Master Levels it will be necessary to have completed the First and Second Degree Usui Traditional Japanese Reiki to ensure full comprehension and awareness of Shoden and Okuden.
For students already attuned to Reiki they will need to re-take the Shoden and Okuden levels in Usui Traditional Japanese Reiki and will receive these First and Second Degree Manuals as well as the relevant Certificates.
This is a pre-requisite as we, at ReikiProgressive, only teach Usui Traditional Japanese Reiki to ensure a very high standard of understanding, practice and intuitive connection.

The above courses can be arranged as two separate One Day courses a few weeks apart or if preferred they can be taken on two consecutive days.
Advanced Reiki Training and Ancient Techniques
We at ReikiProgressive reserve the right to disallow individual Teacher students who do not have Usui Traditional Japanese Reiki Certificates from sitting in on refresher Reiki courses.

Anatomy and Physiology Course
This certificated, comprehensive Ten Lesson course provides a detailed study of the subject which goes far beyond some of the basic courses now available which means you have a greater knowledge of the workings of the human body and that helps you understand a little, the nature of a client's discomfort. Written in simple terms, this course is colourful and very easy to understand. You receive the impressive ReikiProgressive Certificate on successful completion of the course.

Colour Healing Course: available Summer/Autumn 2008
This certificated Two-in-One course takes you through Basic and Advanced Colour to Practitioner level. It is an in-depth, comprehensive, and easy to understand course covering the necessary aspects of the subject from the history of Colour to practicing Colour Therapy, cleansing, protection, treatment preparation, marketing and much more. During the course you receive your very own silk swatches of the basic colours needed to practice and a pendulum for working intuitively or instinctively. You receive the impressive ReikiProgressive Colour Healing Certificate on successful completion of the course.
Objective of the course to enable the student to practice Colour Healing with competence and confidence and have a full and comprehensive understanding of the subject. Support and guidance is ongoing.
Crystal Healing Courses
These two courses are more detailed, contain more information and are more comprehensive than some of the basic courses around. Our courses are easy to follow and understand. They provide an in-depth, comprehensive study of the subject. You receive the impressive ReikiProgressive Crystal Healing Certificate for each level on successful completion of the courses.
Crystal Healing Level One: Available Summer/Autumn 2008
This is the first of two certificated courses on Crystal Healing. During Level One you are provided with a starter pack of twelve healing stones (crystals) and a pendulum selected specifically for you. It looks at the history of crystals, pendulum work, working with intuition, knowing and understanding your crystal tool kit of 12 healing crystals, their uses, their relationships to bodily malfunctions and how to use the correct crystals to aid these conditions. The course also covers choosing crystals, cleansing, activation and care of your crystals. And much more .
Objectives of this Level One Course : To ensure the student understands how to work intuitively or instinctively and to know and feel the energies in the crystals and to feel at one with them. This level gives the student a sound knowledge and understanding of the subject so far in preparation for the Practitioner level in which you qualify to give Crystal Healing sessions.
You receive the impressive ReikiProgressive Crystal Healing Certificate on successful completion of each level of the course.
Crystal Healing Practitioner Level: follows on from Level One
This is the second of the two Crystal Courses; completion of this course will enable you to obtain the necessary insurance to practice Crystal Healing. In this course we learn about the importance of Chakras and Auras and how to heal them, more pendulum practice, crystal meditations, a close look at some of the most powerful crystals and their uses, and information about the most popular crystals. Also you receive guidance on how to conduct a crystal healing session, preparation of yourself and your room, presentation of adverts and marketing etc. Support and guidance is ongoing.
Objectives of the Crystal Healing Practitioner Course : To enable the student to have a full and comprehensive understanding and knowledge of Crystal Healing Therapy and its aspects. To be confident and competent in practicing the subject. You receive the impressive ReikiProgressive Crystal Healing Certificate for each level on successful completion of the courses.
Meditation Workshops: available late 2008 This is a detailed comprehensive course, about the concepts of meditation, the benefits and how to run Meditation Workshops or evening classes. Giving knowledge and understanding of how and why meditation is very beneficial. The student learns how to present and market the classes. And much more .
Course Objective: to enable the student to feel confident and competent in running and presenting Meditation workshops. ReikiProgressive Certificate on successful completion.
Counselling Level One and Level Two available late 2008 (certificated courses)
These two courses are aimed at those wishing to become a practicing counsellor. They are comprehensive detailed courses and will prepare the student for taking Counselling Part Three at night school or college in your area. Part Three needs a considerable amount of one-to-one teaching.
We recommend these two courses for those who do Reiki, Crystal or Colour Therapy Dedicated healers can help others more by understanding the basic rudiments of counselling.
